VICTORIA PLAYMAKERS TOURNAMENT
History
The Playmakers Tournament is dedicated to male players 50 years and over, the pioneers of the Canadian Game. By popular demand we continue the special division for players 80 years of age and over as well as the 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+, and 75+ age divisions.

March 20th to March 24th, 2018
The Tournament Banquet was held at the Archie Browning Sports Centre. A highlight of the Banquet was the Knighting Ceremony recognizing players as Hockey Knights if they were 70 and Knight Exemplars if they were 80 in 2018. Congratulate the new Knights!
Vintage fielded 6 teams. Games were played at the George Pearkes Arenas.

The weather in Alberta was warmer some days. Vintage fielded 5 teams. Games were played at the George Pearkes Arenas and the Tournament Banquet was held at the Archie Browning Sports Centre.
A highlight of the Banquet was the Knighting Ceremony recognizing players as Hockey Knights if they were 70 and Knight Exemplars if they were 80 in 2016. Congratulate the new Knights!

The weather was better than what we left in Alberta. Vintage fielded 4 teams. Games were played at the George Pearkes Arenas and the Tournament Banquet was held at the Archie Browning Sports Centre. A highlight of the Banquet was the Knighting Ceremony recognizing players as Hockey Knights if they were 70 and Knight Exemplars if they were 80 in 2015. Four Vintage Players were named Hockey Knights. Existing Vintage Knights congratulate the new Knights!

2013 Victoria Playmakers Tournament
March 26 to 30th, 2013
The weather was good making for a great spring visit. Vintage fielded 4 teams plus a number of Vintage Players played with the International team (75+) or with the Sherwood Park Lancers (80+). Games were played at the George Pearkes Arenas and the Tournament Banquet was held at the Archie Browning Sports Centre. A highlight of the Banquet was the Knighting Ceremony recognizing players as Hockey Knights if they were 70 and Knight Exemplars if they were 80 in 2013. Five Vintage Players were honored as Knight Exemplars and six Vintage Players were named Hockey Knights. Existing Vintage Knights congratulate the new Knights!
