Pat McQuaid started the Vintage Winter Clothing Drive in 2014. He puts out the donation box stations for new and gently used winter clothing. Pat delivers them to the south side Neighbor Centre, 7221 104 St NW, in two batches in order to get a wider distribution to those visiting the centre.
Donation boxes for The Winter Clothing Driver are present for the Hope Challenge Mini Tournament and the following week of Vintage hockey sessions.

Pat McQuaid message:
We have just completed our 4th annual Vintage winter clothing drive. It was very successful with over a pickup full of very good items.
These were delivered to the Mustard Seed's two locations. Their main outlet at 10568 114 St and their Neighbour Centre on the south side.

To all the Vintage players ... thank you for your contributions to the drive. We collected approximately 18 large green garbage bags of clothing. There were very generous contributions of new and gently used winter clothing. Pat McQuaid delivered them to the south side Neighbor Centre in two batches in order to get a wider distribution to those visiting the centre. Many of the contributions are already on the street. With the cold weather upon us, Pat expects all will be on the street by December 1.
